While leasing through kabredlos I’ve had no issues thus far, they’ve helped, and communicated greatly. Bob Stark has been my property manager for the past year and a half and he’s always been absolutely amazing and understanding!

A great experience in my five years living here. Rent rates have been incredibly reasonable each lease renewal. Bob is an awesome landlord, easy to speak with, and always available as needed. The apartment itself has always been a great looking apartment. I highly recommend if you love living basically downtown, yet away from most of the traffic noise; a landlord who will always answer quickly; and the convenience of a convenience store with a McDonald's with delicious burgers and fries within a 2 minute walk.

Management is great! Any maintenance issues are handled swiftly, and communication is always easy! Bob Stark has been a delight to work with!

CJ has been amazing to work with. I started off my leasing experience in an apartment that was not a good situation and CJ went above and beyond to make things right and find a better fit for me. He always made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and was very willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. He is professional, easy to work with and genuinely cares about his tenants.

I would absolutely recommend this company and Management to anyone! My boy is young and just starting out and the management Tim and company! We’re amazing the we’re helpful in every way of the process! My son felt safe and comfortable in the apartment complex he toured and is excited to start this new chapter with Kabredlos!
